Baby massage is a fantastic way to bond with your baby and to understand your baby a little bit more. Massage can help with many minor ailments, such as wind, colic, constipation, poor circulation, but most of all baby massage can really chill your baby out, giving you a sense of well-being too!!

Baby massage classes consist of 30 minutes massage for your baby, and then we focus on you! We start with gentle stretch and tone exercises, working the legs, stomach and pelvic floor, helping your body return to normal in a stress-free environment. We usually include a shoulder and back massage for the mums!

We work with the babies, so if they cry or need feeding, that’s ok, you can catch up easily once your baby is ready to carry on.
